I grew up in Pretoria, moved around three different townships in the Pretoria region since i was a child. Completed my matric in 1994 and studied teaching. Worked in the motor industry for 10yrs before i became a professional personal trainer. I enjoy helping the youth in my community with fitness and sports, i also organize sporting events. My life experiences have taught me the importance of a solid family system which is very important to me. I believe that what you give in is what you get out of life, i make sure that everyone around me knows that.
