Last week Wed i did a fashion show in Pretoria, i had so much fun with a couple of well known faces. The adrenalin on stage was amazing, pity the pictures have not been released yet!
I have finally managed to get my sponsers in order, my 2nd event is now ready to kick off. its a soccer knock out in Soshanguve. Imagine 8 teams vying for one price, all in one day. 7 games in one day, that's amazing. DATE: 27/11/2010 TIME:09H00 DONATION: R500 PER TEAM VENUE: SOSHANGUVE SPORTS COMPLEX PRIZE: TROPHY, MEDALS, SOCCER BALL AND COMPLETE SOCCER KIT.
Finally the day of my bootcamp has arrived, i will pray that it does not rain. The nice thing is that it coincides with my birthday, i have managed to get a couple of donations under my name and i am looking to raise R5000 this Saturday. My target is R30 000, so its game on and i hate loosing that's why i play to the last whistle!
My bootcamp did not generate as much money as i expected but those who managed to attend enjoyed themselves. If only i had time i would do it again. The soccer tournament is on this weekend and it looks like some teams are pulling out due to other commitments but i have faith that i will raise more than R3000!
It can't be measured, we can all share the joys it brings. It is unpredictable, we always look forward to a new day with hope. It is filled with challenges, we thrive on the possibilities that comes along. It can be sad at times, we lift each other up to bridge the sadness. Living a good life is rewarding but living a complete life is priceless.
I am back at work and it feels good after the noise over the festive period. I will be donating soccer balls to a soccer team that has been struggling with sponsers for a while, i hope that will make a difference! There are a couple of fitness events that i have planned in the next couple of weeks, will keep you posted1
Haven't been here in a while, working in the fitness industry gets really crazy in the beginning of the year. We have to turn goals into reality, which is very rewarding and not easy to do. The tickets for the Mr South Africa crowning are still available at computicket for R150 each and you can also attend the after party with the same ticket, otherwise you pay R50 to get to the venue.
To the lucky ones willing to spend the day with the MRSA hunks, join us on the 5th of Feb for the Soweto tour. You only pay R550 for lunch, drinks, transport(luxury bus) and R100 goes to the Chrysalis foundation, For more info contact me on davidphoshoko@ymail.com
